Do you work with new sellers?

Yes, we do. However, we expect them to have a complete understanding of Amazon’s back-end processes. In case they need any tutorial, we offer learning services at amazing prices.

What is your turn-around time for shipping out our products?

We strive to turn-around orders within 24 – 48 hours (depending on the time & date we receive your shipment).

Will you accept pallets?

Of course, we do!

Unlike other Prep services, you are not sharing your upfront price model. Why?

We believe in specialized service and would want to discuss the solution specific to your product’s requirements and would not want to generalize it, as it may confuse many other sellers.

You show Retail Arbitrage as an option; do you prep that?

Yes, we will take the items you purchase from retail stores and prep them for FBA.

If I plan to drop off my RA (Retail Arbitrage) products, won’t others see my purchases?

Nope, as you won’t see their purchases and they won’t see yours. It’s imperative that RA sourcing stays your information and no one else’s. We have strict measures to maintain customer confidentiality.

Do I have to be a certain size seller?

Not at all! If you ship 100 items a week or 1000 items a week, you will get the same personal care and attention.

Are there any discounts?

If you are dealing in Wholesale or Private Label, prices are lower, as those items take less time to prep. We will customize pricing to see what works best.

Do we need to pay a sign-up fee?

We don’t charge any sign-up fee. Let’s grow together!

When can we expect a response post sharing our information?

You can trust that we will reach out to you within 24 hours.

How are payments handled?

There is no upfront payment prior to completion of your product prep. Once we prepare your shipment, before it leaves our warehouse, we expect you to credit the payment to us. Our payment processor is through PayPal. There will be an option for Credit Card or E-Transfers.

Who pays for outbound shipping?

All outbound shipping charges are paid through your Amazon seller central account, by you. For moving your products to USA, you’ll be paying any required fee(s) to your specified carrier.

Do I have to be in Canada to use your services?

You can be anywhere in the globe with an active internet connection to use our services. However, we are only going to share your products to Canadian FBA warehouses of Amazon or able move them to your specified USA transport Carrier.
